Elevator Sales Reps: Will your hit rate change if mechanics can track commission potential?
Here’s what I mean:
Let’s say a mechanic sends you a lead for a Soft Starter. When the mechanic visits the building again, he has no record of activity for that lead (was it ever proposed?).
Now, what if the mechanic could track each lead. He can see it was proposed, the date, and commission he’ll earn if it sells.
Would your hit rate change?
